He came from nowhere and he made a good showing. He is going to win few more states and most probably he will be the VP choice for McCain. Huckabee is a good man and a Patriot.

Thank you j, but it was particularly frustrating watching conservatives self-destruct.

“Seems like yesterday he guaranteed Hillary would win the nomination and be out next President.”

He’s right. She very well could win and be our next Prez. Obama can only win in states with large black populations, as he is the black candidate now (the Clintons made him so). Clinton will mop up on Super Tuesday. She will be the Dem candidate for Prez, not Obama. McInsane will be yours (not mine, as I won’t be voting for him). The MSM’s love affair with McInsane will end the minute the two candidates for Prez are finally chosen. Then the liberal media will jump on Hillary’s bandwagon bigtime, and the odds are she could very well win. So don’t count Dick Morris’ prognostication yet. He could very well be right.

If McCain is elected, he'll try the same triangulation tactic Clinton successfully used. Only in Clinton's case, it was mostly verbal. He only went along with the Republicans when he had to. McCain won't wait until the Democrats have him over a barrel to compromise. He'll compromise with them as his starting point. This will further marginalize true conservative Republicans.

There are also a lot of retired military in Florida. McCain is military, Romney isn’t.

This idea of having Primaries so early is crazy

There was no need to have them 4 months before we usually do

The GOP convention is not till Sept

After Super Tuesday, next week, what do we do for 8 months ???

I had a thought, maybe Romney should just drop out now, what difference does it make? Just let McCain be crowned the nominee. Oh, course I know that I am having a temper-tantrum. I hope that Romney will not drop out, but I could certainly see myself being tempted if I was him. If they want McCain so badly to get his ass kicked by Hillary, then let McCain get his ass kicked!

Huckabee is not smart. He cannot pass as smart.

He might not even understand the meaning of those five letters: “s-m-a-r-t.”

McCain thinks Ginsburg is a great judge. Is that the kind of SCOTUS nominees you’re hoping for?

I also think Fred Thompson will be endorsing McCain soon.

Breaking from Fox News: Rudy Giuliani will be endorsing his friend McCain tomorrow...

Here is part of the problem.

I went to a restaurant today and a customer asked me if Romney was a republican or a dem.!

And sadly that's the level many voters are at.

If we don't get to them the rats will at a very base level.

My wife works at the polls and half of the voters there did not even know which party they were in.

We are electing nutty people for very important positions by very stupid voters.

Somehow we have to get the message out who is who.

I think it’s just that the liberal mainstream media has too much power to dupe the government school educated public.

That’s how a liberal/marxist, pro-Amnesty, statist like McCain can win.

Huckabee was never my first choice, but you are mistaken about him not being smart.

what exactly do you think that will accomplish? So out of spite and principle you will not fight to keep the bigger enemy out of office?

McCain is dangerous, in many ways. In some ways, more dangerous than any Democrat could be.

If he becomes President, not only does he get control of The Button (scary thought), but he also gets control of the FBI, IRS, et al. Do you trust that he would not use such power against his opponents? While the Clintons would have liked to have used such power even more than they did, they were limited by a need to avoid having their actions smell so badly that even Democrats couldn't ignore them. By contrast, if McCain were to use such power to attack his Republican opponents, the Democrat would join him in a spirit of "bipartisanship"; his power would thus be essentially unchecked.

McCain's lust for power is too great for him to be trusted anywhere near it.
