Fla Dept of State still is not reporting in any results...from that Miami-Dade list i can see why, they must be totally confused at State ...or trying something shady....

I'd like to see if Republicans going to the convention can act with sober purpose.

Nice sentiment. But when used in connection with Republican events, it usually means to shut up and accept the unacceptable.

I've been a party officer, a significant contributor, and have run the GOTV effort for a major swing county for the Republicans. I resigned my post about a year ago because I would be obligated to support the Republican candidate as a party officer and it was likely the party was going to nominate an idiot who opposes almost everything I stand for.

It's becoming clear that I am in a minority that the R's are no longer interested in representing.

If McCain wins the nomination, my registration changes to Non-affiliated. I will continue to work on issues I care about. But I will not work for or donate to Republicans.

Since 2000 I will not believe a Florida result until I see a “100% precincts reported” declaration.

That being said the strength of these results for Romney are that he has a week, the specific slanders, and the cash to run counter. This is no blowout, the Governor showed his true colors by dropping the guy he supported for a year to go with the polls, and Guliani was in on the Crist dis-endorsement because he knew some of his support would go to McCain but was willing to take the hit and by doing so puts him in a good position for VP.

McCain wins fair and square.

That's a stretch when learning independents were permitted to vote in several precincts and McCain's straight talk express derailing when accusing Romney of wanting a timetable. His dishonest robo calls certainly helped as well. Guess you're falling for his crap about the only negative one in this campaign has been Romney.

Dole won the Florida primary in 1996 with 56.9%. McCain is toast.

Enjoy your moment.

You will never see McCain as president and when the dims get in, you will lose your country.

So by all means, enjoy.

Fred will endorse McCain.

If Fred were pulling for McCain, the simplest method of ensuring a McCain win in Florida would have been for him to stay in the race. The majority of the Thompson voters went to Romney and turned him from an also ran to second place.

The GOP is heading for a washout in November.

Somehow I don't really think McCain cares. I think this is about his anger against the conservative base who defeated him with Bush in 2000. His purpose was to decimate the base and I fear he has.

Some lessons need to be learned. Some are too expensive ... you have to survive the lesson.

I would not let a young child run out on a busy freeway or play with a loaded gun like a toy.

Anyhow, I don't think this is a lesson. If you put me on the beach in the face of a tsunami, I don't learn to swim better. I drown.

The power of mass media and propaganda to spread socialist, fascist, Marxist and Islamist lies is overwhelming the power of books, blogs and radio to nurture conservative ideas, moral integrity and the proper study of history and other human endeavors.

My fear with Obama is that he has sympathies with our enemies and could give up most if not all our state secrets, and the Republicans will be afraid to oppose his socialist legislation because of pc sensitivities.

That said, I will do a writ-in vote for Thomas Jefferson, if McCain wins the primary.

McCain will not appoint any better judges than Hillary. McCain will appoint anyone that the media tells him to appoint.
