“Israel needs to dump Olmert, get a real Israeli in charge, and come down on their enemies like stink on bleep and commence to hurt them real bad!”

Before it’s too late.

I never thought about that before...that is an odd move by Syria. Why rebuild your base in the same place where it got bombed last time? A smart enemy wouldn't make the same mistake twice. Assad isn't stupid, he knows what he's doing....which is why he's dangerous. Same for Ahmadinejad.

Your speaking of the war of Gog and Magog, Ezekial 38. This is a regional war where the ME enemies of Israel and the Chief of Russia attack Israel with a massive military force. Considering the descriptions of the passages of Ezekial, Israel defeats this foe and it mentions ‘fire and brimstone melting flesh off the bones’ and it taking ‘several months’ for Israel to clean up the carnage, so it is a safe assumption Israel uses the Sampson Option. Of course, the global economy would collapse if such occurs which to me is Iran’s intention along with being a nuclear suicide bomber.

A second, much larger war is described in Revelations that appears to be global (200 Million combatants, 1/3 of mankind perishing). This phase is the ‘wrath of man’ phase of a tribulation perdiod prior to a societal change or what Christianity calls the 1,000 year reign of Christ.

After the wrath of man phase is the ‘wrath of God’ phase. A comet named Wormwood hits the earth with the nasty effects of short-term solar radiation followed by contaminated water supply and a blocking of the sun as the dust cloud circulates and covers the earth (’sun blotted out from the sky’).

The very last phase is Christ Himself waging war on those ‘ruining the earth and those faithful with Him called to do so’. If this is literal (as I believe it is) then it won’t be much of a battle, it would be more like a slaughter. Revelations says before such events unfold that an angel circles the earth and marks those whom shall survive and those that won’t. Knowing the benevolent nature of God, this appears just at it will kill off those who will never change (and had their chance) that are ruining the earth and those whom wish to make this planet better and ackowledge the Creator.

drones with sensors can fly over first and determine which has more nuclear agents than the others

I think we could sort it out using that technology

"...Assad isn't stupid, he knows what he's doing..."

Are you sure of that? His old man was pretty clever, but Assad always impressed me as being like Leon Spinks kid brother - about the brainpower of an ice cube .......... FRegards

Lol well I dunno....if this is indeed a trap, planning it took some analyzing of the situation and the possible outcomes: The Syrians (and Iranians) want Israel to strike first, so then they can play the victim card and say “OK they attacked us now we’re justified to hit back.” They know if they strike first they’ll get the blame for starting the conflict instead of Israel, and it could be enough to pull the US into it and send in our bombers for Natanz and Bushehr, both of which Syria and Iran do not want.

Assad is a former ophthamologist....but of course, that doesn’t mean he’s a smart politician.
