Disagree if you like, but Mitt will get hammered in the general over these “Change of hearts”.

If Hillary is the Dem candidate, she has enough of her own. ie., Iraq

As I said, I actually felt a little sorry for McCain. I like him personally; he’s kind of a roguish old pirate. But President? Never!

And now it appears age is catching up with him.

Huckabee takes the cake though, with his WMDs moved to Jordan comment. His knowledge of foreign affairs is very, very thin.

They do not want to hear anything that contradicts their faxed in talking points. If you had a picture of one of these horrid candidates raping Boy Scouts (an over the top dramatization for effect only ladies) there would be 15 attack dogs spinning it as an innocent game of leapfrog.

I heard that George W. Bush was the candidate who people would most want to drink a beer with. W. don’t drink either. Personally I could care less about his family or his friends his religion or his personal habits (so long as they didnt’ reveal deep character flaws); just his governance philosophy. I liked Hunter but would probably rather drink a beer with Guiliani or Thompson.

work?

Now that is different thing altogether, McCain has a better shot at it with all of the Military Veterans that he could rally to his cause.

Mitt has a punchers chance, many “ifs” have to coalesce for it to work for him.

BTW, I don’t want you to leave. I certainly would prefer you take a 2nd look at the candidate I support, as I think you are very wrong about him. But I agree with your POSITIONS on the issues, almost every time you actually post a position on an issue. We don’t need people who are right on the issues to leave the board.

It’s when you make statements about other people that I strongly disagree with you. But even disagreement is OK.

Wow, so you speak for all the Americans that support Fred. Impressive...Does Myth plan on writing each and everyone of them a check to get their support?

**In before the “I won’t vote for anyone” post.**

LOL!

We can always mount a write-in campaign for Thompson.

it was a terrible debate for Romney.

You are in the minority, probably from bias. The recent polls (10PSDT) on it show most think he won.

Sorry to introject here, but personally, I don’t want “an average Joe” as POTUS. That just doesn’t cut it.
