For what it's worth...multiple sources, reportedly including both the NYPD and Mary Kate's agents are saying she does NOT have any ties to that building or that apartment. It was also reported on air that she does NOT have any ties to it...but here it is text-wise from two sites. <> (US Weekly) <> (TMZ)

I just read somewhere else, he’s been ill with pnuemonia.
He’s also had trouble sleeping because of the dark character of the joker he’s playing. Was trying Ambien which wasn’t working so he may have tried taking more.
It’s really a shame, he was a great actor with a wonderful future ahead.

If he was sick with pneumonia, it may mean his tolerance to meds was changed. IOW, it could be the combination of sleep deprivation, pneumonia and a weakened system.
