At this point, I’d just as soon vote for Paul as anyone else. At least we’d have ‘change’ and it would be fun to watch.
All Fred accomplished was to ruin the chances of a Duncan Hunter and give the public time to forget McCAin Amnesty, and I don’t believe it was an accident. Fred proved one thing. He was never in this race to win, so why was he there?

At least wed have change and it would be fun to watch. That's the truth!
I don't think Ron Paul stands a chance, but if he were somehow elected, I think the responsibilities of the office would dawn on him, and he'd move more carefully than he talks.
Also, Congress would keep him in line.

I agree with you. I was disappointed when Fred got in the race--both him and Tancredo. Without those two sucking up the oxygen, Hunter may have had a shot.
We'll never know now. The media has successfully annointed the GOP candidate.

All Fred accomplished was to ruin the chances of a Duncan HunterYeah, that's it...all Fred really wanted was Hunter's 1%, ROTFLMAO. Good grief, give it a rest already, there wasn't any conspiracy against Hunter. The hard truth is that Hunter had no name recognition. As for Thompson's intentions, he was drafted by the public and would probably have stayed in if it wasn't for his mother's illness.

This forum should have supported Hunter, yet a little less than a year ago, moved en masse into the F. Thompson camp. Now Hunter's chance for even a VP slot is ruined.

Wow, I can’t tell you how much I agree with your post, especially concerning Fred torpedoeing Hunter. I thought I was the only one who thought that.
