It couldn’t be Fred’s base of support. It’s people who already knew about Fred, and rejected him. Fred is not a natural fit for the Huckabee folks. If Huckabee went away, even numbers of them would go for Fred (Christian) and Romney (Active Religious), with a smaller but significant number going to McCain and Rudy.

I just read a post from Yaelle saying in a brokered convention it would be all Wall Street $$ making the decision...not sure what that’s about though..

McCain unfortunately is not a loser. He brings in Democrats and liberals to the table. :-(

FL will be closed primary. Reps only!

I’m glad you could use it. The whole process gets complicated.

This link explains terms like, closed, open, winner take all, etc.

McCain is winning big in counties GWB won in 2000. Huck needed a bigger margin in Greenville and has a lot to make up. Once Horry County comes in, I think they’ll declare McShame the winner as the coast seems to hold more retired vets which he’s banking on.

Reagan didn’t dye his hair. Someone grabbed a strand and had it tested. Just a genetic thing.

It's really sad... In a state where FDT really needed to win, some of you are clinging to the hope that he holds on to 3rd (which he barely may do)...

McCain beat him like a drum, scoring over double his tally... Hell, Huck has twice his vote... Pathetic, just pathetic... Like I said about Hunter the past couple of days, he should leave with his dignity intact.

Yep, he is using a temporary rinse, because it is a bit transparent. The white hair at the temples is color resistant and never really takes the color well.

I have seen the color wash down and gray appear throughout and then a day later, gone.

He should let it go, he looks great.

Where are you in Florida that the early voting is os heavy. I heard a few mentions of Orange County starting to pick up. Other than that, I’ve heard of no heavy early voting in Central Florida.

thinks conservatives are a bunch of boobs.

True, he thinks SOME conservatives are boobs but the three legs of the stool are there; smaller government, opposition to abortion and a strong defense.

McCain had a solid base of support in South Carolina, maybe 20%, that he was NEVER going to lose. In a 2 or 3-man race it’s not much use, but in a 4-man race, it almost guaranteed he wasn’t dropping past 2nd.

Dang it, I don't want no Democrats and Liberals at the table! I want them in another room.

I didn't mean "loser" as in elections, I meant loser as a good guy.
