I’m guessing absentee ballots are coming in first.

If Fred's numbers are single digits (or even low teens) that would be a major disappointment.
It looks like we are stuck with my tagline for months to come.

What's got the Clinton camp scared is that a lot of White women are Oprah fans, and could be swayed to vote Obama It wouldn't surprise me if those posting on Oprah's site weren't paid Clinton staffers. Nothing they do would surprise me! NOTHING!!!

Laugh it up now while you can Steve.Ok I'll take that under consideration. But still, when my guy is out (which could be soon) I can be pretty positive I won't need my diaper changed.

Thompson has crept to 12% with Romney staying at 20%

SC is an open primary....In that case, FDT should definitely stick it out until Super Tuesday.

Wed better not fool ourselves...the Mainstream Media is very powerfull. One good conservative dropped out today and theyre trying to bury the last one in.
Yes, but don't rule out Thompson's laziness too.

It’s funny how the Hunter and Thompson supporters are duking it out, meanwhile the RINOs are winning state after state. Either conservatives need to get behind a candidate now or it will be nominee McCain and VP nominee Huckleberry.
Ugh.

The primaries are open, but an individual can only vote in one. Since there is a contest on the other side there won’t be many crossover votes like the last two elections where the democrat’s candidate was already known.

When the Dem turnout is low next week, we’ll know how and why this happened. If it has happened—
To: MNJohnnie
Somewhere, somehow the party has to keep the non-Republicans out of the nominating process. It obviously screws up the selection of a conservative candidate.

The other problem is we are letting the Leftists and the Junk Media in the early “Open Primaries” pick our candidate.
Time after time in the exit interviews you get this sort of line...”I really agree with Thompson on the issues but I voted for candidate X because Thompson has no chance to win”
Not a single sound reason why these early states should be allowed to swing this much in our primary with their stupid open voting rules but they do. It seem that, unfortunately, average voters are now too stupid and lazy to think for themselves.

If Mitt can keep it at 20% or better, he will have had a good day in SC. Especially considering that he won NV today.
