I am so stupid. I have seen that crescent and it didn’t register with me what he was doing.

Well, he couldn’t let more muslems in that Bush has been, we can rest assured of that.

Federal bailouts for the auto industry do not sound conservative. He is taking the conservative votes from Thompson and ensuring a conservative will not be President.

“Thompson has said he won’t be anyone’s Veep.

And Thompson is a guy who means what he says, he isn’t a liar”

I believe Thompson is a patriot who wants to make a difference in America. I think the position of VP has changed (ala Cheney) and Thompson would be a very influential person serving our Country.

I pray that if he is offered a position on the Ticket he would reconsider. It is not dishonorable to change your mind if you have the opportunity to change our Country for the better.

I am a life-long Ronald Reagan Conservative Republican, and I support Mitt Romney for President.

I may not agree with Mitt Romney on every issue, but he is a good man, a good leader, and the best man running for the tough job of President in the coming years.

It’s great that Mitt Romney won Michigan today. The GOP primary is starting to sort itself out now.

That day’s posts were a thought experiment. All I did was demonstrate that at that time my version (with Mitt substituted for Fred in the ridiculous rumor) was just as valid, and yet just as unproven, as the original.

It’s amazing how many people are willing to spread Huckster’s talking points.

No one so unlikable and so mean like Hillary Clinton can be elected President. Neither her, nor her husband, nor their political machine, nor the media can change this fact. Who have thought only three weeks ago that Hillary Clinton will be fighting to get the nomination instead of being crowned. It is very simple why this is happening, because she is so unlikable that many democrats cannot stand her. She will end up being their nominee, but in the meanwhile she would have alienated a lot of the democrat base on elections day and they will not vote for her.

So let me recap, Fred didn’t do good in liberal NH or Michigan??? Hmmm. I wonder why. Isn’t Michigan a socialists utopia???? Bush lost in NH and Michigan in 2000. SC didn’t go for McCain.

Sorry. You can take a look at this nation today and ask yourself what voting for RINOs has gained you. Sorry, I’m not going to be a part of it. If folks want to be, that’s up to them. I’ll be no part of moving this nation farther left. And don’t blame me because your RINO can’t beat Hillary. I don’t really care. I would care if a conservative couldn’t, but it looks like that may not be in the cards.

Too bad too. I think Thompson is a well grounded an individual as we have seen in 28 years. I just wish there were some conservatives left that could recognize it.

Obviously you’re not reading my posts, so I’ll explain it to you again.

How does a Democrat win in a Republican state like TN ?

Simple.

The rodent turns out his or her base (40-45%).

They grab some independents (another 5-10%).

We put up a liberal and Conservatives STAY HOME or vote 3rd party (depriving us of 10% or more).

Voila !

Rodent wins state by narrow margin.

Why do you think Corker scored only a NARROW win over a member of the Ford crime family ? Because Conservatives didn’t turn out enough for this RINO.

It’ll be even worse for a Massachusetts liberal. He will be like Round-Up to the Conservative voters. No Conservative candidate, no reason for Conservatives to vote.

It’s that simple.

-—The words “no dignity, no class, and no couth” are reverberating around the McCain camp tonight.-—

Maybe McCain will have one of those famous temper tantrums. You just know McCain hangs on to all that bile. Remember SC 2000?

Excellent; but, I'm not convinced he's a Conservative.

Neither am I. That's the not so funny thing. We are being asked to take a leap of faith. Count me as a doubting Thomas. We could do a lot better (Fred) or a lot worse (Huck).

In his defense, I will say this...THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PRO-CHOICE MORMON. He was lying through his teeth to get elected as Gov of MA claiming that he was pro-choice/baby killing. My gut says he was pro life all along.

Now he was faced with a choice of being labeled a flip flopper or a liar. He chose to be labeled a flip flopper.

"How about Paul campaigned there and has outspent Fred about 10 to 1."

That's not what I heard. I heard he only put out a few radio ads there, and as far as I know, did very little campaigning.
