And the Gang of 14 wasn't inside Washington either was it?

Increasingly, McCain reminds me of the Clintons -- completely willing to say anything and do anything to win power. IMO, it's time to cut this cancer out and let it die in the political biohazard disposal unit.

Military service, of course, doesn't magically qualify someone for political leadership. Mussolini and Hitler both saw a lot of hard combat in World War I and Hitler appears to have qualified as an actual hero in the normal sense of the word.

I enjoy reminding my occasionally self-righteous vegetarian friends that Hitler was a vegetarian.

"The people who most want McCain to be the Republican candidate are the MSM and Democrats. This is because the flying monkeys in the MSM will beat him like a Pinata "

The liberal MSM push McPain because, if he becomes president, he will be as close to a Democrat as they could hope for.

"I’ve got two words for those who elevate military service as a qualification for the presidency or who cite lack of service as a disqualification: John Kerry"

You mean General Grant doesn't rank up there with the best?

You can use that same argument with the Mormon religion.
Since Harry Reid is a Mormon that lets them all out.

“Ahhhhhhhh Duncan’s campaign is alive and well

He spent today in South Carolina and is going to Nevada as we speak...”

You do know that Duncan hasn’t got a snowball’s chance in h*ll to achieve the Presidency, don’t you? I hope so, otherwise I’d have to say you are just a tad removed from the real world, a bit “tetched” as they say.

“He has the endorsement of the Nevada State Republican Party...”

**************************************************

Incorrect. It was the Nevada Republican ASSEMBLY that endorsed him.

"He (Duncan Hunter)spent today in South Carolina and is going to Nevada as we speak..."

-----

I'll be going to Nevada too, soon. Got a trade show there. I am as likely to be elected President as Hunter, though.

On the positive side, though, there is this:

With 94% of the vote counted, FoxNews is calling Duncan Hunter the winner of the Lost Cause Division of the Michigan primary:

Duncan Hunter - 2,711 votes
Mike Gravel - 2,245 votes

John Cox could not be reached for comment.

"You can use that same argument with the Mormon religion. Since Harry Reid is a Mormon that lets them all out."

Now you're arguing my position.  Not to worry though, I have that effect on some people.

Mitt Romney is a Mormon and an exceptional leader.  Harry Reid is a Mormon and an a$$hole.  What they have in common isn't in my decision tree.  Same thing with the military.  If you are an exceptional leader and have military experience, fine.  If you are an exceptional leader and created tens of thousands of jobs for my country, that's fine too.  In this case what they have in common IS in my decision tree.

I don't do litmus tests.  I think.

As an American citizen, my vote is the most precious thing I own...

How I use it is my own business...

You can tell me who you plan to vote for, and suggest I vote for him too...along with a record of proven accomplishments...

But how I vote is my own choice and privilege..

I dont agree with your choice of candidate but I stop short of calling you names for supporting him...

As a conservative, Duncan Hunter is closest to my ideals, values and politics...

You dont know who the GOP nominee will be any more than I do...

Hillary’s at 55% to 40% for Uncommitted, isn’t this kind of...pathethic for someone running practically unopposed?

"The people who most want McCain to be the Republican candidate are the MSM and Democrats."

And Huckabee is also easear to beat.

McCain is so stupid it took American citizens to shut down the whole Capitol switchboard (and his own office phones) for him to realize American people don't want amnesty for illegal aliens. It's that bad with him. Quite a leader, huh?
