“Let me repeat: he SOUND DANGEROUS. I heard his denial today of knowing what was printed in the racist newsletter that had his name on it.”
He also condemned some of what was written in his name.
“I heard him tonight ranting about people wanting to bomb Iran for a slight infraction before Brit Hume pointed out to him that no one had suggested a stronger response than the one that occurred. “
A number of other candidates had trouble hearing each other, That was obvious.
“I heard him diminish the importance of the U.S. relationship with Israel with regard to national security and express a profound misunderstanding of the Arab worlds perspective. “
He’s totally right that we treat Israel paternally and have to give them a permission slip to do anything. What’s wrong with that?
“IS THAT AD HOMINEM?”
Thanks, no it wasn’t Your prev msg was.
I actually feel sorry for Ron Paul.
I don’t think he has any shot at winning. I feel sorry for him because he is no threat to this primary and yet, people feel the need to be so viciously horrible to him on a personal level.
I don’t like his platform, I do not want him to win. I am sure he will not win.
But I feel bad for anyone who has such pure meanness and hatred thrown at them.
Why do we give 3 times more money to the Muslim states in the world than to Israel or to other non Muslim fragile states in the neighborhood like Armenia for example?
To the Muslim states: Billions Plus the Billions for oil.
We are being extorted. Bled dry. Pure and simple. No one has answered this.
Paul is simply calling them out on it.
If he had trouble hearing their responses, then why did he assume that they had advocated in favor of a stronger response to Iran’s provocation? Why not just say he couldn’t hear what the others had said?
And when did he condemn what was written in his newletters? In the next edition after the offending comments? Or just now?
Israel is a military ally. Mr. Paul seems troubled by the military all together.
