What else do I need to say? Get the facts before you make these silly statements!

As I said, the votes of religous conservatives will be wonderful to Fred.

No, as president he could close it, that has nothing to do with whether he is legally required to shut it down, or to afford the prisoners there additional rights.

Huckabee’s problem is he does not persuasively deal with allegations of a liberal record. For example, he says (including tonight w Hannity) that he wants to shut Guantanamo down because it’s too soft on the prisoners. That is not the reason he originally said he wanted to close it, he’s trying to be too tricky that way.

On Hannity radio the other day he tried to tell Hannity he raised some taxes but lowered others. Hannity asked didn’t he raise more? Huckabee evaded that he didn’t have the numbers. Hannity read the numbers showing he raised by $500 million more than he lowered, and then Huckabee said “Those numbers are probably accurate”.

Thompson is a real classy man.

I think part of Thompson's problem has been that people are put off in non belief that a candidate in todays political destructive climate can run for office with CLASS.

Fred 08

Tonight the radio station in Palm Springs was running a live verbal call in and Fred won by a margin of 10 to 1 and it blew the host’s liberal mind.

People were saying here in California to Fred “please do not give up before we have a chance to pull the lever for you in the California primary”

I wish all the Candidates were asked about Christianity. By only having Huckabee talk about The Bible, he gets to claim to be the most “Christian” of the candidates. He gets the Christian vote from those who don’t bother to look at voting records. This Arkansas Christian knows better!

Maybe he was backpedaling...

remember SC has Fort Jackson, Charleston AFB, MYRTLE BEACH AFB (where he was tonight) Parris Island Marine Base, etc..

The military and veteran vote is huge in SC and there are lots of conservatives...

Huck might have been playing to his audience......

I agree. Huckabee nailed that one. It was great!

That is why he should go back to preaching and stay farrrr away from the Oval Office.

And I say this in Christian love. ;^)

Why not put them all up there? God knows Fox and the other channels aren’t doing anything else important except talking about little bratty celebrity stars who can’t do anything but drugs which is getting really old. Like I am really interested in that; when in my opinion, the most important election in my lifetime is going on with the wrong people.

moot point/debatable point

He shows his lack of understanding..The Supreme Court didn’t say to close GITMO, they said they wanted the Executive Branch to set up a proper way to try the combatants held at GITMO..The government is afraid to bring these combatants into the US because then the Supreme Court may say that now the combatants are entitled to representation by an attorney and a hearing in a US Court..which the Exec branch wants to avoid at all costs. So they have set up a military tribunal at GITMO and some of the cases are beginning to be heard...

The Fredsters said that Frank Luntz and his group were BS when they DIDN’T agree that Fred won last debate. But now they agree with Luntz when he comes to THEIR conclusion.

I noticed the very same thing. Too funny.
A few days ago, the Fredheads were spitting on FoxNews for slighting Fred and spitting on the Luntz group who were impressed with Romney. If the Romney supporters are now moaning over tonight's focus group, I missed it.

Nope.

Huckabee just isn’t prepared/qualified to process the real reasoning of the court.

Looks good, but has the ugly smell of manufactured “change” just in time to run for President.
