I heard something in passing this morning on the news, something about him being in Mexico, and I thought, did I hear that right? "...Mexico??" So, this caption explains a lot. From this caption, it confirms to me that at least some of these "journalists" are only talking heads reading (and/or writng their own) cue cards or something, and having otherwise no idea what they are saying.
