Oh, I thought it was your guy that was failing. Romney is in the lead, if you can do math.

I don’t understand how Fox is showing Huckabee with more delegates than Romney.

Iowa?

“Romney is a Bishop. Would you vote for him?”

Yes. He is not running as a Mormon. He happens to be a Mormon running running for president. He does play identity politics and a lot of evangelicals do. I would actually LIKE to see a Mormon elected. I PREFER it unless they are saying vote for me I am a Mormon.

And don’t go socratic on my. It is very jerky.

Huck is running “”as an evangelical” and I find it offensive.

God is in the Declaration of Independence, etc. Not the evangelical Jesus and not the Catholic jesus either. Not the Trinity.

Chris Matthews now speculating (it looked more like drooling to me) over a Clinton/Obama or a Obama/Clinton ticket.

Neither one of them would play second fiddle to the other.

Seems like they're calling it for McCain based on exit polling. The exit polling they showed on Fox had McCain beating Romney in every category. I haven't seen exit polling for Hillary/Obama.

I’m beginning to think the “ running out of ballots” ruse was a Clinton operation to stuff ballots.

Bishop is most like a pastor, although Bishop is a volunteer, part-time position in the Mormon faith.

His plan to win IA and NH has failed. It’s delicious.

Use your head. Bay Buchanan and Tom Tancredo intensely questioned all the Rep. candidates about their plans for immigration reform and Romney was the only one who didn’t the living bejesus out of them. I trust both Buchanan and Tancredo’s judgement when they arrive at a decision.

Maybe but, sorry, I don’t know any Baptists.

I’m not much of a churchgoer.

No, he did not say which candidate it was. I can only guess it was not Hunter, Thompson, Richardson or Kucinich.

He;s actually well ahead in the delegate count, and has won 1 of the first 3 primaries. So far he, huckabee, and mccain are on even ground in that regard. Why would he drop out?

Because Romney invested much more money and much more time than any other candidate with minimal results. These states should have been walk-overs but it seems that the more the voters see of Mitt, the less they like him.

Ahh! I’d forgotten about the Bishops-must-wear-funny-shirts rule. At my church the deacons dress pretty conservatively. ;-)
