He got ambushed by Iowa’s evangelicals and the fallout from the Boston media.

“How can anybody take the political team hacks at MSNBC seriously?”

You can’t, with former Dem politicos like Matthews. Heck, there’s a whole bunch of them. None of these former Dem political hacks can be taken seriously as objective observers. How could they?

Jealous? Get real.

I’m gleeful to see the failure of the lying liberal’s campaign strategy.

That is actually quite a good point. If the pollsters got it this wrong, then the “sample precincts” for exit pollsters might too, and calls can prove wrong.

Be that as it may, and with so very few votes to count, we’re well into 1 hour after poll closure and have only 16% of results. How can this be? This is very slow.

Barone said statistical models aren’t projecting a win. Some trends help Obama and some Hillary. They’re waiting before going out on a limb to call it for either one.

Could Obama have been hurt by his “you’re likeable enough Hillary” comment? Whatever you think of Hillary he came across as an ass with that remark and it appeared as kicking a vulnerable woman down in the eyes of the Lifetime voters. For all of Hillary’s strong woman routine, she sure is perfecting the art of curling up in a ball and playing the poor widdle wady.

“Could it be that some of our Republican friends have crossed the aisle to vote for Hillary; an easier target come November?”

Ah ha! Someone else wondering the same thing I have. Very good sense, strategically, given that McCain’s win here was almost certain anyway.

Huckster is going to be sent packing after Super Tuesday. MSM will keep him afloat until then.

“Did everyone really think HRC was going to go away without a fight? The ends justify the means, so don’t be surprised that they are pulling out all stops, including some funny business behind the scenes.”

You got that right. She’s not going down without a very strong fight. She’s still reeling from the blow of having to deal with a nomination instead of a coronation.

Some time ago, Rush said the MSM was done “whoring” for the Clintons. Well, you sure can see that now. For so many years, the MSM covered up for BJ and the Mrs. Now, it seems lthey finally have the freedom to tell the truth. You can sense an air of liberation amongst the drive-bys. You can almost hear them say, “Good riddance.”

There have been more negative stories about HRC in the last 3 weeks than we saw during the 8 years the Clintons were Co-Presidents.

They also show McCain with 4 delegates, and Thompson with only 3 delegates. But where did McCain get delegates that Thompson doesn’t have — obviously with only 4 they aren’t counting New Hampshire yet, Thompson beat McCain in Iowa, and got 3 delegates in Wyoming.

I’m only mildly shocked that Hillary is beating Obama.

McCain always reminds me of the actor Scott Pritchard in the movie "No Way Out."

Scott Pritchard: "I am tired of weakness! I am faced with a grave problem, and I intend to resolve it quickly and cleanly!"

That would however prove that McCain would beat Obama on the independents.

You may be right. I’ll pass this along: 50% of Concord has now reported... Obama up there by only 1%... much less than expected. I think Hillary is going to win this thing. There was a huge turnout among Independents taking Democrat ballots, which can only mean that many voted for The Beast, in which case.... yikes.

Very true cajungirl. There are more than enough negatives to emphasize in Hillary without ugliness that hurts us and helps her.

In this day and age, it’s ridiculous that we can’t go on-line and check our votes by number.
