When Ron Paul Lunatics Attack (Ron Paul Lunatics Attack Hannity)
fimc.net via Hannity.com ^

Posted on 01/07/2008 1:57:23 PM PST by mnehring

Ron Paul Lunatics

Sean returns to his hotel after crazy Ron Paul protesters rallied outside of a restaurant he was visiting in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Video Link: http://zshn.fimc.net//Article.asp?id=543226

--my comments--

According to Ron Paul forums, about 200 Paul supporters were part of this attack on Sean. They claim they were only throwing snowballs but the videos make it clear they were throwing bottles and other items other than snowballs.

Warning, foul language by Paul supporters.

“Oh now you’re claiming to be a Hunter supporter? That’s like liberals claiming to be conservatives while trolling on conservative websites.”

I have been since he announced.

The rest of your post is meaningless as your initial comment.

Go back to defending Sean Vanity, the sissy who hid behind a skirt.

“A violent mob (as demonstrated by their throwing of rocks, bottles, snowballs, etc) against one man is more than enough justification in my book.”

“Now using my FULL STATEMENT, you can see that I’m talking about DEFENDING ONESELF.”

No, you’re lying, since no bottles, rocks, or even snowballs were thrown in the video.

If so, minutes and seconds. I watched it a number of times.

They called him names. Waaah.

Sean has a dumb talk show whose hallmark is for people to yell over each other. He commonly cuts off the mic.

He also hides behind women. Nice. If it were me and a crowd was threatening, I’d put myself between the crowd and the woman.

Either he wasn’t threatened at all, or he’s a sissy pantywaist. Which is it?

It made plenty of sense it was an article about a GOP candidate murdering his opponent in a race. But you knew that didn't you? Of course you did. It was an example of despicable behavior I was giving you. That is a despicable act. However tossing a snowball if one was even tossed or yelling a vulgarity however is not. Even in our nations history candidates or elected officials going at it fist to fist sometimes was not all that uncommon.

The faux outrage over a FAUX NEWS Host getting hit by a snowball by many in here is hilarious. What if it had been say Rivero or Colmes? Had this been someone snowballing a die hard Liberal the ones outraged over this would be laughing and braying about it like a donkey. But the fact it was a non story even to Hannity it seems still is not enough for some.

I googled - ron paul “Only America “ attacked -
and only found posts on other forums, perhaps by you.

Can you provide a reference because I dont believe that Ron Paul would be oblivious to the attacks in Spain and UK.

RE: your second claim, here is Pauls position on war and I dont see your claim is true at all.

I would label hime a pacifist and do not support his postion but I am not sure you are stating his position accurately.
...............................
Summary

1. The costs of war are always much more than anticipated, while the benefits are much less.

2. The cost of war is more than just the dollars spent; it includes deaths, injuries, and destruction, along with unintended consequences that go on for decades.

3. Support for offensive wars wears thin, especially when they are not ended quickly.

4. The Iraq war now has been going on for 15 years with no end in sight.

5. Ulterior motives too often preempt national security in offensive wars.

6. Powerful nations too often forget humility in their relationships to other countries.

7. World history and religious dogmatism are too often ignored and misunderstood.

8. World government is no panacea for limiting war.

9. Most wars could be avoided with better diplomacy, a mutual understanding of minding one’s own business, and respect for the right of self-determination.

So, in the new spirit of mutual respect and understanding I'll wish you a happy new year and I hope you are able to recover quickly from your jet lag.

A happy and healthy 2008 to you as well. As long as we can be agreeable in our disagreements, all is well. :-)

Take care.

“I have been since he announced.”

I’ve looked through your posts, and the BEST I have seen you say is “I like the guy”.

“The rest of your post is meaningless as your initial comment.”

In other words you got called out on your hypocrisy and are too much of what you accuse Hannity of being to stand up and face the music.

But by all means keep on cheerleading for ron paul, and making lame excuses for the actions of the thugs that support him.

“No, you’re lying, since no bottles, rocks, or even snowballs were thrown in the video.”

You just keep on changing your story don’t you?

YOU in post 153: “I heard him say that “you’ll get arrested for throwing snow.”

So once again why was that said IF nobody was throwing anything?

The more you spin and make pathetic little excuses for paul’s brownshirts, the more it shows that it is YOU who is lying especially when you intentionally and dishonestly post a FRACTION of what I said out of context.

“They called him names. Waaah.”

They did more than that, and you know it. But instead of condemning what paul’s supporters did, you’d rather go and smear him because he’s not getting on his knees to worship the village idiot.

“Sean has a dumb talk show whose hallmark is for people to yell over each other. He commonly cuts off the mic.”

Wouldn’t know since unlike you I’m at work when his show is on.

“He also hides behind women.”

So you claim.

“If it were me and a crowd was threatening, I’d put myself between the crowd and the woman.”

I doubt that.

Look harder. I’m not the gushing type.

“In other words you got called out on your hypocrisy and are too much of what you accuse Hannity of being to stand up and face the music.”

No I just couldn’t bother to read your entire insulting rant.

“But by all means keep on cheerleading for ron paul, and making lame excuses for the actions of the thugs that support him.”

The only 3 candidates I could support are Hunter, Thompson, and Paul - and I’m not 100% behind any of them.

Socialism is a bigger long term threat to us than the Iraq war, though I’ve supported the war since day 1.

” So once again why was that said IF nobody was throwing anything?”

Maybe someone picked up snow and started to form a snowball that was never thrown?

I don’t know. I do know what I saw.

Hannity hiding behind a woman.

“I doubt that.”

More insults?

You haven’t earned the right to insult me. You’re an obnoxious zero who makes wild assumptions about other posters. Go away, troll.

Soros being hit by a pie is used to raise money on FR, for hecks sake.

I hate Soros but sheesh. These are just mouthbreathing Hannity worshippers, I guess.

Hannity, you’re a poor excuse for an American.

“Look harder. I’m not the gushing type.”

I don’t need to look harder.

Your constant cheerleading for paul, and the constant excuses for those who support him is clear enough.

“No I just couldn’t bother to read your entire insulting rant.”

As opposed to the insulting rant you directed towards me?

Ah yes, hypocrisy at it’s finest.

“Socialism is a bigger long term threat to us than the Iraq war, though I’ve supported the war since day 1.”

FYI, if we don’t confront those who are hell bent on killing us, we’re not going to be around long enough to worry about socialism in this country.

Another excuse?

"More insults?"

And then you follow that up with this:

"You haven’t earned the right to insult me. You’re an obnoxious zero who makes wild assumptions about other posters. Go away, troll."

Nice going hypocrite. You whine at the slightest percieved "insult" directed towards you, but you have no problem what so ever directing insults at others.

At least I'm man enough to take the heat and return fire as needed.

Go away you little prima donna.

2CAVTrooper isn't a troll and I've seen you do little else on FR but insult people, make assumptions and put words in people's mouths in an attempt to support your agenda.

Dry up, you little drama queen. And learn some manners.

” At least I’m man enough to take the heat and return fire as needed.”

“Go away you little prima donna.”

You are trolling for a fight. Find one elsewhere.

You are the one who started with the insults - that I don’t really support Hunter, and calling a possible explanation an “excuse”

If I were as much of a low-class loser as you, I’d suggest that your nick was a phony because anyone whom ever actually served, would have a little more class.

Prima donna indeed!

You have PDS

Paul Derangement Syndrome.

What candidate do you support?

Any old scumbag with an R?

“Dry up, you little drama queen. And learn some manners.”

Yesterday you had trouble following a conversation from message to message for heck’s sake.

When someone accuses you of not actually supporting the candidate you’ve sent dollars to, and you don’t take it personally, get back to me.

Until then - buzz off and go look up the word manners, if your memory will carry you that far. And take off your blinders while you’re at it.

I never saw you condemn the person who said that another FReepers son should be shot for supporting Paul, for example. Even though I pinged you to the post.

That is a gross misrepresentation of my posting history.

Buzz off. Welcome to scroll over country, yourselves.

Soros being hit by a pie is used to raise money on FR, for hecks sake. I hate Soros but sheesh. These are just mouthbreathing Hannity worshippers, I guess.

People are starting to get angry at the two controlling parties. They're mad at them because neither is addressing this nations true ills. It cultural warfare or it will be. It's coming and that just isn't my loose ramblings on the matter some very knowledgeable persons have been sounding the alarm for a long time. Ones such as Bill Lind. Americans of all walks are being disenfranchised by those we elect. They are also having their future and the children's children future sold out by politicians and corporations to foreign interest or corporate ones shutting down USA for their 30 pieces of silver.

When Joe Public bust his tail operating an honest landscaping company and trying to pay his legal help honest pay plus the required taxes, then along comes FLYBYNIGHT Landscaping who hires illegals, changes company names often, and pays under the table with no taxes what do politicians think is going to happen? When Joe's men drive old Buicks and FLYBYNIGHTS drive Yukons you know they are going to default on let alone have required liability insurance etc that Joe's help must pay who is going to get angry?

When professionals like Engineers spend 5 plus years in college only to have the bottom fall out of their job market because Uncle Sam is not only issuing workers visas like candy but encouraging them who do they think is going to get mad? When Americans can no longer afford to live due to the high tax burdens and regulations that they and not others are forced to live by what do they think is coming down the pike?

The biggest pushers of this very thing is the GOP Liberals. They call it Free Trade. Free Trade is not Free Trade when National Security and National Sovereignty are compromised. It is not Free Trade when our national debt to nations like China is so big our children will be their slaves either through economic or military action taken against them who do they think the wrath should be aimed at?

When our leaders take this nation to war like LBJ did without so much as a formal declaration and make it the second longest war in national history so far who do they think is going to be mad? A war that was winnable and should have lasted 6-12 months. Instead it's all about insane nation building which pretty much guarantees that at least some in Iraq today will be forced yet again to go back in about another 10 years and face a U.S. armed military. Who do they think is going to be angry?

The GOP better realize this much. Ron Paul has significant support in the GOP. I would say much more in Conservative Independents. The GOP was given a mandate twice since 1980. Once was with Reagan and he saw most of it through. It was a conservative mandate that crossed party lines. In 1989 it was tossed out the window by GHW Bush. As a result he was a one termer. The GOP was given another in 1995. By 1996 the GOP was cutting backroom deals that would make the likes of Soros green with envy. By convention time I thought I was watching Oprah. The GOP was handed a loss. Had anyone but Gore been on the DEM ticket in 2000 Bush would not have won first term. He is the Republican Lyndon Baines Johnson. Some are waking up but some never will.

I live in the GOP end of East Tennessee and I am seeing Paul yard signs but no Fred ones. For the past three election cycles for POTUS my precinct has had about 4 Independent Voters on the POTUS results. I suspect this year that will change significantly. If the GOP insist on tossing out Paul supporters then it should not cry foul if a loss is handed them in November. Paul has some very valid issues more than the rest do actually.

Ironically the anti-Paul crowd is mostly mad at him over Iraq. They listened to Hannity's version or Rudy's version of what Paul said on foreign policy. I am not an isolationist myself but I do believe in cause and effect. Paul is the only one even considering that maybe or M.E. policies need a good look see. Ironic also it was Gerald R Ford via E.O. who actually started our downturn in the M.E. by taking covert ops off the table as an option in dealing with legitimate threats from rouge leaders.

The GOP died in 1995. It's wake was at the convention in 1996. It's burial may well be in 2008 if leadership doesn't wake up. The GOP can be replaced as quick as it was formed.

And these silly clowns are making an issue out of a snowball? The snowball ain't hit yet people but when it does you won't have to read FR to know it. Once it starts it will be rolling down hill gaining size and speed. That best be the snowball people get concerned about.

““I’ve seen you do little else on FR but insult people””

Putting lie to your claim - I just looked over the last days posting history of mine.

Nothing even close to an argument with anyone but you and 2sad.

Funny thing is, we both support the same candidate.

Funnier, 2sad is convinced I’m lying, because I’m not ALSO a rabid hater of Paul.

Paul and Hunter are the most similar, policy wise, except for Hunter’s support of the war - which I have supported form the beginning and still do.

The leadership, well that’s another story. They lost me between calling me a sexist for not supporting Miers, and a vigilante for supporting the Minutemen here in AZ.

Mostly I think big government is the biggest immediate threat to the Republic.
