"I am proud to support John McCain for president," said Jack Kemp. "John McCain is the only candidate who can be trusted to cut taxes, eliminate wasteful spending and enact conservative pro-growth policies to expand the economy. John McCain is the best choice to lead America to a more prosperous and secure future." Can this campaign get any weirder? I used to respect Kemp but this proves he's as wacky as McCain is.

The shark is a tiny speck in Jack Kemp’s rear-view mirror.
(Am I being too subtle?)

Rush said Kemp is an open borders/amnesty guy like McCain.

Exactly. Hopefully, Kemp’s endorsement is like a political kiss of death.

Yes, Kemp was awful in his debate with Algore, responding to almost every question with variations on supply side theory. It was so pitiful that even Mr. Optimist, Rush, couldn’t put a shine on his rotten performance the next day.

I recall having such high hopes that he would attack clinton for Dole after he was nominated and talked about running the ball down their throats to victory.
He was worse then pathetic.

Kemp is the only one who does. He will be definitely be lonely out there on the campaign trail.

Was Kemp the driver of the getaway car when McManiac and friends robbed the bank?

You mean Jack French Kemp?
Senators and former Senators stick together.

I don’t know. Can I take back my work on his behalf when he was running for president many years ago?

This is great. Now we eat Jack Kemp, one of the greatest spokesman for “Reaganomics” in the 1980s.

I’m an old New Yorker. I liked Jack Kemp, too...way back when. He kinda went out of the Public eye for a while (and I think there was a Public Housing scandal)...and simply lost his popularity.
