Identity politics, pure and simple. Huckabee feels their pain, because he's "one of them".
I always thought the vast majority of Republicans were above that sort of thinking, and, really, they are. It's just sad to learn that such a significant minority, as much as 1/3rd, are not.
Unfortunately, 1/3rd of Republicans can give you the nomination this year.

Substance please.
If you have a complaint about his policies and plans, fine.
If you can only complain about his appearance or manner of speaking, you only make yourself look uninformed.
Go FRED!

I liked that Gibson let them talk to EACH OTHER.
Wallace wants to get his face in there.

Paul was such a distraction last night, except when he mentioned that government involvement accelerates the inflation within a market sector greater than that of general inflation. Otherwise, he was a Democrat plant!

You don’t have to worry Mitt doesn’t swing that way.

OK. McCain says he admires those with a plan and we’ve got to be straight about SS going broke.
But he didn’t PROPOSE ANYTHING! Drives me nuts.

Mitt took hold of the third rail.
Bit Fred looks like the boogeyman for taking away grammas SS check. I told you all this was a bad thing to campaign on.
That said, I admire Mitt and McCain for sticking up for him even if Mitt made him look bad.

Hope Huckabee gets exposed for being an open borders, pro-Amnesy, liberal.

Here is the question I submitted for the debate.
My question is for Congressman Duncan Hunter.
Oh, silly me, I forgot, you didnt invite Congressman Hunter. How Fair & Balanced is that?
Oh well, you can ask all the other candidates the same question. Start with Governor Romney, since his campaign brochure has a picture of him standing next to a double layer border fence. Its the same kind of border fence that Congressman Hunter has promised to build.
Question:
Once you take office, how long will it take you to complete a double layer border fence on the Mexican border as mandated in the bill signed last October by President Bush?
