Three percent would be better. And cut 90% of the federal government to pay for it. This can be accomplished simply by cutting out all unconstitutional federal programs.

Who is the middle class now days, anyway? The bulk of the taxes are paid by “the rich”. The goal of lowering taxes is to direct a substantial amount of money into the economy IMO.
