I don’t know... I’m in NH, and I like a good political attack as much as the next guy.

I like Fred - but come on...So, you're on conservative Free Republic, but you don't like to see posts that are optimistic about conservative Fred winning the nomination. Gotcha!
GO FRED GO!!!

Anybody else watching the Dems just to see if Hillary goes off on Obama?

While that is true, I am referring mostly to young people. The group MA cannot keep here once they are out of college. Folks just starting out, who are healthy, but have to buy these policies that don’t benefit them at all. For them it is another tax, and they have to chose to either have a car and insure it, so they can get to work, or get the mandated health insurance. They cannot afford to do both. I know a lot of young people, which is why it is a concern for me.

IIUC, he said you don’t have to buy it, but if you don’t then you have to pay your own costs.
What is wrong with that, what am I missing?
When my drug (an orphan drug would cost 2172 retail and 20 through my own private program) costs 6800 a pop, because I have to pay for 2 other peoples drug portions who don’t or won’t pay, I get a little pissy.

He sure looked happy to see John Edwards.

What a refreshing post. Objective, and lacking in the nasty that supporters of different candidates tend to show towards one another. You even gave Paul a fair shake, and didn’t default to the “yuk, yuk, he’s a nut” position.
I’ve been trying to keep a low profile both here and at other sites where political discussion takes place until the primaries are over. I’m keeping my powder dry for when it comes time to take on the democrat’s nominee. Huckabee is the only candidate who sorely tests me on that (my least favorite of the bunch, to say the least).
