Any argument that Washington, D.C. is a safe place is a sure fire loser. Liberals usually argue that as long as a gun control zone is next to an unregulated area, guns will flow, which is probably true. Delusional arguments will only help the court reach the right decision.

Not since the lower courts threw out the ban.
That’s the case that is being argued in the SCOTUS.

...the city's ban on handguns is a reasonable restriction to prevent the "tragic harms" brought by gun violence in an urban setting. I wonder if they've given any thought to banning violence.
