What you didn’t bother to say is that the article you cited is simply a blog run by Matt Bramanti, who is actively campaigning on his site for Chris Peden, one of the opponents seeking RP’s Congressional seat. Had you posted the rest of the article, his bias would have been blatantly obvious.

Isn’t a Republican named Chris Peden opposing Paul for his congressional seat? Good luck to Peden with that. Once Paul drops from the presidential race, he'll have all sorts of money to draw from to run for his re-election.
