I just can’t figure at waht point deadly force was necessary.
At the point he feared for his life....
I’m sure the “suspect” could say he feared for his life because of the “victim’s” driving. Was deadly force justified? Could simply pointing the gun at these two thugs have been enough to mitigate the situation?
