Huh? Two punks go up to legally carrying driver trying to start something. Legally carrying driver shoots them. One punk dies and the other punk is charged with murder???

Lonzisero is being held on $15,000 bond. He faces charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill. Authorities say he also may face hate crime charges. This article doesn't make much sense.

Sorry for the poorly written article. I was in a rush this morning and didn’t read it carefully. I was familiar with it and was answering a request from another poster.
Next time I’ll try to find a story that is written properly.
