“No problem. Begin taxing the Indian run casino’s immediately.”

How could we tax the casino when it’s now in another country?

How can we dismantle the reservation now that it’s another country?

Tribesmen who live on the reservation should lose their US citizenship. The 14th amendment doesn’t protect citizens of a secessionist state. It was meant to protect the citizenship of former black slaves at a time the southenrn secession had beed defeated.

The dems won’t be able to rely on reservation vote fraud anymore.

This is a net plus.

They where allowed to live on this land as part of a treaty. If there is no longer a treaty then they are not entitled to the land.

If they want to behave like a foreign country, let 'em. I'm sure we can play all kinds of games with State Department rules about foreign travel, trade restrictions, tariffs, etc., to (gently) make them suffer if they insist on acting like pricks.
