No Fascist state can exist without doing the first thing that the National Socialist Workers Party did.
Take away your guns.

Whats more unsettling is knowing this man was able to have $ 6 MILLION raised for him over the weekend on the internet. How's Fred's! fundraising going? :-)

And that will be the excuse used to destroy individual freedoms in this nation, including gun ownership.

Cancer can grow on you too but it isn’t generally thought to be beneficial. When the cancer kills its host, the cancer dies too.

Not only have you failed to deliver or operate with a sound definition of fascist, you've failed to present sound evidence that Ron Paul is receiving support from fascists; people who by definition would be opposed to Ron Paul's ideas regarding individual freedom and accountability.I haven't failed anything. I never tried. You've been around here longer than I. Being engaged in Ron Paul threads as you have you're aware of those charges and the evidence provided. I see no reason to reeducate you.
Nor do I have any reason to feed your obfuscation and spin. And, as far as my expectation of silliness, it only comes into play when confronted with PaulPot sheeple.

Paul has clearly taken the conspiracy nutball crap, hook line and sinker.
Our country is over 200 years old, and no such thing has even come close to taking place, even after 8 years of the Clintons.

Hey dumbass, have we been attacked on American soil in the past six years? So the critera for winning the WOT is that the US hasn't been attacked since 9/11?
It isn't the destruction of Islamic facism, which last I checked still alive and going strong in Iran and other Islamic nations.

"Whether it is true or not is not the point," Pelosi complained. "Our entire strategy for next years election has been contingent on portraying the Iraq venture as a costly failure. All Democrats need to speak with one voice from the same script. We cant have everyone shooting off his mouth and saying whatever he wants. It will confuse the voters."
I guess it's a good thing I don't listen to Nancy Pelosi then... lol! I'm for truth and reason all the time. I'm completely against lying to voters to get a democrat in office. At least Mrs. Pelosi's comment is one of the least ambiguous statements I've seen all day. How refreshing!
Oh, I'm sure you'll come up with some explanation on how it's bogus, or just one tempest in a teapot, or whatever. But it's just the tip of the iceberg here.
I'm honestly surprised at how little faith you people have in a regular man's reasoning power.
Anyways, that statement truly is great news, but it's solely qualitative. We honestly can't be sure what "large numbers" mean. And it's pure speculation that we will be out by the Nov. 2008 election, unless he has some numbers that say we are something like 90% through with the WoT in Iraq. Really, the fact is that we're over there. The projections for when we'd be coming back simply keep getting extended. It would really seem that we've bitten off more we can chew because the only quantitative numbers we keep seeing is the increasing death toll of soldiers (and innocent civilians!) in Iraq!
Please, send me more articles if you have them. I love to read the most convincing stuff from both sides, but that will never come from the first try. I think it requires work from everybody on both sides to get the most convincing information and/or speculation.

No Fascist state can exist without doing the first thing that the National Socialist Workers Party did. Take away your guns.
White House spokesman Scott McClellan told Knight-Ridder newspapers that the president [George W. Bush] "supports the current law [1994 Assault Weapons Ban], and he supports reauthorization of the current law."
McCain said he was open to voting for an assault weapon ban, depending on the details. - Source: Los Angeles Times, McCain Calls for Hearings Aug 17, 1999
Mitt Romney: Let's get the record straight. First of all, there's no question that I support 2nd Amendment rights, but I also support an assault weapon ban. - Source: 2007 Republican Debate in South Carolina May 15, 2007
Amazing that Romney can flip-flop within a single sentence.

Nothing was taken out of context. You saying so doesn't make it so, it only makes you foolish. Buy a copy of "It Can't Happen Here." Is Huckabee not an authoritarian statist using religion to achieve his goals?
2. Fred didn't utter these words. Your idiotic Mr. Paul uttered them. And no spin by you will change that fact.
Never said Fred! did. I'm saying if he did though, you hypocrites would be cheering non-stop.
3. He wants to bring up fascism, yet he has failed to disavow the very dollars & support fascism adds to his campaign daily. Who again is the closest to fascism?
Why would fascists support someone who believes in liberty and freedom?
