I am not a Paul supporter, his foreign policy is way too bizarre for me, but I think you have this in reverse. My observation is that all those analogies could be applied to the Paul haters on this board - ie. the big government types who insist on calling themselves conservatives.

Thanksgiving? Isn't that the white man’s oppressive holiday where they celebrate how they stole the land of the natives, enslaved them, killed them, and terrorized them. I could be wrong but I thought that’s what the schools out in Oregon told their faculty. So you’re right. You shouldn't invite liberals to your Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays (another oppressive white man’s holiday but I digress). They tend to dampen a lot of the cheer.
