[I waited 45 seconds and actually posted something substantial--Ed.]
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. At least four people were shot outside of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, but it was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away, authorities said.

Yup.
Had kind of had that drift already from my dean.
But when a long time prof highly esteemed . . . and a closet conservative . . . said so . . . most think he’s a liberal . . .
I was more sobered.
We are trying to figure out how to get it shown openly and safely —maybe by the Young REpublicans’ sponsor who doesn’t seem to care.
marked for tomorrow..
Prayers up....
3 plus the shooter?
In case you haven’t noticed . . . though it’s logically and sometimes rightly ascribed to
strategic tactical reasons . . .
law enforcement all over have become much more tight lipped . . .
and often much more given to distorting realities—even in court . . .
not a good sign, imho.
Thanks.
That is the latest info....
I went through the state on a train once. :0}
Psst...I think he’s OCD on CAPS.

In the event no one has mentioned this, dressing in and using all black is not only a ninja & Goth thing, but, in mohammedan countries and movements, is the color of revolutiona tradition going back centuries.
God bless those poor souls whove been shot, their families and friends.

Quite likely.
However, perhaps it’s more likely that some YWAM folks in Arvada had been on the cell phones to some YWAM folks at the church.
It’s even possible—given he was known from hanging around at the church—that someone had heard him say some incriminating things and put some puzzle pieces together.
All I can say is "wow". This is like Stalinesque....
Thanks.
I asked about the shooting range. Someone in the area posted that it isn’t open on Sunday.
LOL.
show me the research.
BTW, I’ve had obsessions . . . caps isn’t even close by many light years.
It’s a fascination and something I have fun with hereon.
LOL Mark me down as an observer.
Well, I’m sure we’re bound to hear future stories to be told about this....tragic day.
AGREED on all counts.
Years ago, here in Fort Collins, a smallish church had a shooting incident. A deranged man decided to kill his ex-wife, and used his knowledge of her weekly schedule to track her down. Since she regularly attended church, he waited for her in the parking lot as it was time for it to let out. He shot at her, and as I recall, at others as well. But one of the church members, an off duty cop, packed heat as well, either concealed on his person or nearby in his car - I don't remember which. Anyway, he shot and killed the perp. What I don't recall, and wish I could, is whether the perp managed to kill his ex-wife or not before biting the dust. Sorry!
I won't name the cop, but he was a great guy. One year he was in the same BSF small group as myself (= Bible Study Fellowship). I lost touch with him after that, except once to see his name in all the papers, portrayed as a "bad guy". But after reading the details, I concluded the opposite was true. It turns out that this cop acquaintance of mine had to go to court to testify against a criminal, a criminal who had tried to kill him. And recently the judge in this court had made a change in courtroom policies, such that no one was allowed to have firearms on them in the courtroom, not even law officers. This policeman did not want to go unarmed into the same room as this scum who had tried to kill him, and told the judge so. The judge refused to budge, and so did he. The judge then cited him for contempt of court, and that's when it hit the papers. Personally, I saw the judge as the true "bad guy" in this case, and not the cop.
