[I waited 45 seconds and actually posted something substantial--Ed.]
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. At least four people were shot outside of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, but it was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away, authorities said.
Police in Arvada said they had “reason to believe” the shootings at New Life were connected with shootings at a missionary training center there. The same missionary training program has a small office at the New Life Church’s World Prayer Center.
Eye strain and headaches occur from reading all caps. Your overuse of all caps is an obsession. Get over it or get counseling.
I assume they are concerned that if they tell too much, they risk alerting the suspect(s) at large....and they may even be wondering just how many are still involved with this heinous scheme.
If they believe there is a group involved....rather than a lone gunman or two idyots....
Times are a changin’ as you know.
I believe it will be a lot of both.
I believe folks walking very close to God and sensitive to HIS VOICE will be supernaturally protected . . . but perhaps wandering in the wilderness a LOT like the CHildren of Israel for an extended time.
Some folks in many situations may win the martyrs crown—perhaps by choice.
Some will abandon their faith for the temptations or because of buying into satan’s fear mongering or threats or some such stupidity.
I know yorkie. This sounds so planned.I am always here.Just too busy to post.((((Hugs))))
Neither do I, Quix... At least not so far as what they tell the public about these incidents. Not after following the OU bombing so closely. (Not that I didn’t have doubts before). Obviously not all members of the FBI and BATF are “bad”, but I hope they’ve got some good agents there in Colorado Springs tonight...
OF COURSE
we’re on topic . . .
except when we aren’t.
LOL.
LUB, HUGS, BLPH, too.
Show me the empirical research.
As do most institutions of higher education, lol! Free speech and tolerance for all but the conservatives especially Christians.
Hopefully since there seems to be a slight connection, this was his only target and it’s over with.
Pretty ironic in seminary though.
Arvada Police Chief Don Wick, asked whether he believed there was reason to think the shootings are related, responded, “Yes, there is reason to believe that.”

So, I can now confidently add you to that cast of thousands?
It is confusing - there are 4 dead today in the CO church-related shootings. Two in Arvada and two in CO Springs.
I am the worst(((Hugs))).Heeheee.I ask you to stay on topic and I post about TV shows-fergetaboutit:)
That’s true. Too bizarre how a seminary is even infected with this disease!
They took witnesses to a nearby city college for interviews. I think they were searching inside to make sure there were no more IED’s.
Oh Dear!
I won’t tell anyone.
So sorry that this crime has visited you and yours.
I'm up in Arvada. The priests at my Catholic parish were careful to reference these murders of our neighbors and yours in light of the Sunday reading, the famous passage from Isaiah:
Then the wolf shall be a guest of the lamb,...but not yet, alas.
and the leopard shall lie down with the kid;
the calf and the young lion shall browse together,
with a little child to guide them.
The cow and the bear shall be neighbors,
together their young shall rest;
the lion shall eat hay like the ox.
The baby shall play by the cobras den,
and the child lay his hand on the adders lair.
