1. Lindsay Lohan — poor movie choices ("I Know Who Killed Me"), delinquent behavior and bad taste in men.
2. Kim Kardashian — because it is sad when you leak your sex tape and nobody cares.
3. Spencer Pratt — who thinks his life on MTV's "The Hills" is reality - and believes we think so, too.
4. Jeff Kwatinetz — the man that gave the OK for Britney Spears' disastrous MTV Video Music Awards performance.
5. Shia LaBeouf — the 21-year-old "Transformers" star, for getting arrested while refusing to leave a Walgreens pharmacy.

I remember when there was a thread piling on Jenna Elfman because she said some moronic thing like "artists are the most important kind of people" or some such drivel and some Freeper said she had "very intelligent looking breasts"! I couldn't stop laughing.
I tend to agree. I don’t think she is much of an actress, and I’ve never heard her interviewed - maybe she is as dumb as a rock - but she certainly isn’t in competition with Lohan/Spears as Dumb Slut of the Week.
Saying Spears is a train wreck is an insult to trains.

Why do I have the opinion this list is about “celebs” who haven’t said anything bad concerning President Bush, America, Iraq, or the War on Terror.
Exactly the number I came up with. Now of those 7 if challenged to pick them out of a line up I could only pick 3 out, the rest I have heard the name but never paid enough attention to know what they even looked like.

I’ve heard the names of four of the listed dummies. I know what one of those four has done to gain his reputation. I guess I don’t care very much who is or who isn’t considered dumb in Hollywood or what criteria one has to meet to be so considered.
