Yes, I am sure that with a few of Algores DNC lawyers, they will get a few hundred thousand NO votes turned into Yes votes.
Yes, one way...a double tap to the head...
I figured that is what was meant. Just my way of trying to use sardonic humor. Thanks for the link. There’s a gold mine of humor within it.
If he's still breathing, he'll still be in office in 2013.
I'm curious to know why he didn't rig this election, when he obviously had the means, the motive and the opportunity to do it. Perhaps he wanted to gauge how much of the country was really behind him. Perhaps he wanted to create the illusion of a free election before his inevitable next absolute power-grab.
What's certain is, his decision not to rig the election to ensure victory had nothing to do with honor or respect for Venezuela's constitution.
Shoot, just call in the Washington State Election Commission.
What ??????
NO Jimmah or Al ??????
What’s this world coming to.....
Well, it goes like this. The “porque no te calles” is Spain’s Juan Carlos telling Hugo Chavez “Why don’t you shut up.” Mono feo is what Chavez reminds me of - an ugly little monkey. The guy makes me mad, so it’s more mean than funny. Very satisfying, though.
Hey, chill a little. We’re all on the same side here - English is our language, and hopefully if will soon be so officially. But it sure is fun to spit in someones eye in his own language - and know enough to tell when he’s spitting in yours. ; -)

Understanding Spanish has nothing to do with a "wish to lie down and roll over for the illegal invasion of this country." This post just exposes that your xenophobia is so extreme, you think language is an enemy. I have studied Spanish, German, and a little French. I don't consider their use to be anti-American.
This complaint is fairly ridiculous on FR. Many people here try to get the news from the source, and often that involves a language other than English. And sometimes that involves discussing certain phrases in a language other than English. None of the breaking news stories about this Venezuelan election were initially done in English. The same was true for the recent French election and any major event in any non English speaking part of the world. If you have a problem understanding something posted in a language other than English here on FR feel free to ask the poster for a translation. Nobody will turn down that request.
