In an ABC NEWS report written by Ariane de Vogue and Dennis Powell there is a poll asking the question "Do you agree with the Supreme Court's decision to hear a case about an individual's right to own a gun?"
Only if they determine there is an individual right. Thank goodness Sandra is no longer there.
There is no reason to hear it.
It’s a Constitutional Right.
I’d rather they NOT hear it and focus on fuzzy issues.
A force for good or evil. Evil has reigned long enough, Mr. Mayor.
What a stupid poll. Iraq must be doing pretty good to ask a question like this.
“In an ABC NEWS report written by Ariane de Vogue and Dennis Powell there is a poll asking the question “Do you agree with the Supreme Court’s decision to hear a case about an individual’s right to own a gun?””
Gee...isn’t that their job...?
Already voted.
Then maybe the citizens will have a chance at surviving.
I bet Hillary is praying the court rules in favor of the second amendment. The last thing she wants is to face millions of enraged gun owners next year.
The is “no controlling legal authority” other than the Constitution.
This issue more than any other, influences my vote.
Do you agree with the Supreme Court’s decision to hear a case about an individual’s right to own a gun?
No. 584
Yes. 356
Not sure. 83
Total Vote: 1,023
Sure its a Constitutional Right but I have to jump through hoops in order to be able to get a target permit. In order to get a carry permit here in NY, I would have to walk on water. It's my hope that this would be able to strike down these ridiculous gun laws.
I may give away some NRA memberships for Christmas.
What a stupid question. The supremes haven’t done ANYTHING. How can people approve of nothing? It is like asking if a person agrees with the weather!
Do you agree with the Supreme Court's decision to hear a case about an individual's right to own a gun?Where the "Yes. It's about time to Supreme Court puts an end to states and localities circumventing the 2nd Amendment once and for all!" question
- Yes. It's about time the Supreme Court took a hard look at gun ownership in America.
- No. This is a waste of resources. The Second Amendment gives us the 'right to bear arms.'
- Not sure. Will have a better sense when I hear the court's final decision.

“The mayor is concerned that if the gun ban is overturned, there will be even more handguns available in the streets.”
Anyone have the stats on whether or not handgun crime has decreased since the ban? I mean, it’s not like criminals are going to say, “Well, I was going to knock over that 7-11 but since I’m not allowed to have a gun, I’ll just stay home.”
Exactly right, frogjerk. It's time to level the battlefield. Tilting it in favor of the righteous would be the optimum condition.
