There is no reason to hear it. It’s a Constitutional Right.Sure its a Constitutional Right but I have to jump through hoops in order to be able to get a target permit. In order to get a carry permit here in NY, I would have to walk on water. It's my hope that this would be able to strike down these ridiculous gun laws.

They’ll make it WORSE.
In NJ it’s just as bad ... . Meanwhile all the criminals EASILY get guns and kill us for expensive eneakers.
What they ought to do is fry some of these thugs. THAT’s the ONLY way they’ll think twice and make guns EASILY available to law abiding citizens.
