Some people are like Slinkies. They are completely useless but you can’t help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.

Just saw a video of these ‘tree sitters’. I do have to say, it looks like fun in another setting.

At the risk of belaboring the obvious, these people are totalitarians because they attempt to use force and intimidation to create policy changes they cannot bring about through persuasion or legal action.

They assume the right to force others to meet their demands, regardless of democratic or other lawful processes. The rampant thuggery practiced by Greenpeace’s elite “adventure sports” group is the classic example.

Active collusion by the institutional media is the only thing that keeps these criminals from being arrested, convicted, and thrown in prison where they belong.

The traverse-line was created after the university erected a fence around the tree-sitters and spans from a tree inside the fenced in area to a tree outside the fence.

These damn liberal Universities! Where were the punji stakes embedded beneath the travese lines to take care of situations such as this?

"If... the University WE had not put up the fence this wouldn't have happened," said Zachary Running Wolf, the organizer of the tree sit-in. "They created this situation ... - it wouldn't have happened."

“Nathaniel Hill, the fallen tree-sitter, was moving on the traverse line to meet his father, Carl Hill, who had come from the east coast to visit his son.”

Looks like that NUT didn’t fall too far from the tree now, did he? ;)

Ba-Dump-Dump! Thank you! I’ll be here all week. Try the Buffet! :)

Evidently he just wanted to emulate a leaf....they are all falling about now.

He doesn't deserve pity or lamenting. He needs applause for being a fine interpretative actor(I think that's what they call it).

clap, clap, clap....

"If the University had not put up the fence this wouldn't have happened," said Zachary Running Wolf,

And if he hadn't been sitting in a tree this wouldn't have happened.

Gravity can be a real pain sometimes. If he had spent less time protesting and more time studying Newton’s law this woundn’t happened.

Nathaniel Hill, the fallen tree-sitter, was moving on the traverse line to meet his father, Carl Hill, who had come from the east coast to visit his son.

I'm sure Mr. Hill must be very proud.
