Oh, someone who grew up in Apartheid-era South Africa, that called people lesser than her scum... that’s a modern day Marie Antoinette for you

Let them eat kike?

Wow, that was bad! Even by my low standard!

The Arab kids in Brooklyn used to complain that their Hispanic and Black classmates received special services/tracking for college admissions, yet they did not, as they were classified as "white," even though they did not consider themselves white Americans.

Don't get me started on that "Hispanic" BS. Most of my colleagues when I worked down in Miami were as white as I am.

I don't think you can assume his roots are Hindu.

I wasn't assuming anything, but rather stating what was likely. I did mention that there plenty of Muslims in India, as there are some Christians as well, and Sikhs too But most are Hindu.

If it was up to me, if they were doing a survey on race in America,

If it were up to me, there would be no such survey. At least not by the government. The Government is commanded to enumerate the population every 10 years, not to classify it.

The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. Article I, Section 2, Constitution for the United States.

I always wanted to make a movie ridiculing the concept of racial preferences & set-aside programs in the U.S. by doing a story where a poor dark-skinned Italian kid has to pay full tuition at some university because he's "white", while his neighbor, a fair-skinned blue eyed white kid with a "hispanic" last name due his grandfather's spainard ancestry, gets into college on a "minority" scholarship.

On second thoughts, if he were Muslim, he would probably be a Democrat!

An Indian friend of mine said that sadly many Indians are Democrat. He doesn’t understand it (neither do I). I hope this is the start of a trend. Indians are much too smart to fall for Democrat lies!

I don’t care what color he is, he could be green. I do care if he intends on governing like a conservative.

“Liberals put race first again. What makes Bobby Jindal, Bobby Jindal is NOT the color of his skin. Bobby Jindal is what Obama pretends to be, but never could become. For someone so young, Jindal has an amazing record of accomplishment. I wish he were in Michigan, Louisiana north.”

Exactly! He is everything Obama wishes HE were!

Keep an eye on Jindal. He will be a rising star in the Republican party.

Your Indian friend is quite correct: Indians in this country are besieged by the likes of LittleIndia. The magazine is not terrible with regard to the articles, but the editorials are decidely lefty. To wit: (http://www.littleindia.com/news/157/ARTICLE/1106/2006-06-12.html
or
http://www.littleindia.com/news/157/ARTICLE/1309/2005-10-15.html

Achal Mehra, the editor who pens these lefty articles, is an unapologetic lib, and never responds to critical emails, as is the nature of cowardly liberals.

On an article on successful Indians in America, they gave Jindal about two sentences to him, and spewed on for half a page about some relatively inconsequential administrative assistant (with all due respect to admins!).

Then, of course, you have little gems like CEO Nooyi, who, when giving a May 2005 speech at (yes, you guessed it) Columbia University, impugned the country that made her successful.

One report: After talking of her childhood back in India, Ms. Nooyi began to compare the world and its five major continents (excl. Antarctica and Australia) to the human hand. First was Africa - the pinky finger - small and somewhat insignificant but when hurt, the entire hand hurt with it. Next was Asia - the thumb - strong and powerful, yearning to become a bigger player on the world stage. Third was Europe - the index finger - pointing the way. Fourth was South America - the ring finger - the finger which symbolizes love and sensualness. Finally, the US (not Canada mind you) - yes, you guessed it - the middle finger. She then launched into a diatribe about how the US is seen as the middle finger to the rest of the world. The rest of the world sees us as an overbearing, insensitive and disrespectful nation that gives the middle finger to the rest of the world. According to Ms. Nooyi, we cause the other finger nations to cower under our presence.”
