Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-6th, has again voted against extending the State Children's Health Insurance Program. If a challenge is mounted against Goodlatte in 2008, who will you vote for? Goodlatte or the challenger?
Freep voted
Goodlatte is losing, has only 22 percent.

I voted. I also sent them an e-mail noting that their question was poorly worded.
Specifically, he didn’t vote against “extending” the program, he voted against “expanding” the program. He supports a simple extension.
I also noted that they could have instead told their readers that he voted to stop a 61-cent-per-pack cigarette tax increase, and the poll numbers would be reversed.
When we see false polls like this, we should always flood the newspaper with corrections. It lets them know people still care about the truth, and will make them think.
The (moveon crowd) is going to target him heavily (and most of the voters in the ‘online poll’..are from them and dailyKos, they’re out of dist..). I may be out of district, but at least I used to live in Virginia near the boarder of his district..I believe.
23.9 percent against when I just voted for him. Can you say “push poll”?
up to 23.9%
Total votes cast: 7949
Does anyone subscribe to that paper? The editorial is pathetic. Even the biased poll question was fairer. The editorial states that Bush would eliminate the SCHIP program.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
BTTT. Last week, DailyKos targetted this tiny paper for an assault to attack this good representative.
Please help us kick this back to a win.
Thanks.
