Rush has put the original letter to Clear Channel President for sale on Ebay! The letter from Dirty Harry Reid and signed by 41 Democrap Senators is up for bids. All funds received will be donated to the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation.
He has challenged all the signers of the letter to match the donation, since they all are such big supporters of our Military.
Amen. Let's pray that God keeps Sandy Burger away from the letter.
AWESOME foundation (no administration costs, just volunteers) founded years ago by former Marines and Law Enforcement guys having a beer and wondering what they can do to support the families of fallen soldiers and agents.
You all should sign up for a newsletter and be in the know on this Foundation...really a great one with true heroes behind it !!!!!!!!!!!
I’m going to contact the mayor of Houston’s office. < /s >
They have someone onstaff who’s fulltime job is to surf the web for “murderabillia”.
This letter has Ted “the swimmer” Kennedy’s signature.
Sorry to say this auction will be contested by the Rat’s nest in downtown Houston.
Amen.
I was thinking along the lines of holding a press conference inside the state capital.
I would show the press the document, and then take it into the men’s room. Then I’d say, “wait a minute”. After 2 minutes or so, the press would hear a toilet flush. I would come out of the men’s room empty-handed, and I’d explain to the shocked members of the press that, “the page with Harry Reid’s signature was a little rough”
Foward Observers report all quiet on the DU front..
The Charity: http://www.mc-lef.org/ WOW! Worthy cause to give to weather you bid on this item or not.
Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation
Through the continuous support of our donors, we have distributed aid with a value of more than $29,000,000.00 to eligible children. This assistance was primarily rendered to children of Marines or Federal law enforcement personnel who were killed on duty or died under extraordinary circumstances while serving our country at home or abroad.
I was thrilled he picked this one because I have spent numerous hours volunteering for it and have actually made scholarship presentations to widows of fallen Marines. Very sobering and heartbreaking....
well, still at $5,499. It has reached a level that only pre-approved bidders/buyers can bid on it, greatly reducing those who can bid on it. But I am sure they are getting approved now and the price will skyrocket.
A senator mailing an item to a private citizen has no classified or secret status.
Oh ye of little faith. The letter must have been "stolen" before it was sent. An investigation will truly uncover just how evil Rush Limbaugh can be circumventing the rule of law in this country and sponsoring anarchy. They'll find Rush's minions and moles in the congressional ranks. They'll show just how dangerous these right wing talk show hosts are.
Where is you faith in the democratic party?
Warning: This post contains elements of sarcasm.
I gave it a shot earlier, but wasn't prepared to go over $2K. Oh well, that would have made a nice little piece for my library.
I don't know if you can go below the margin of error. [I'm trying to remember my Stats 301...]

I’m assuming you meant a supposed “ideological simpleton.” If not, please elaborate. Because Rush is definitely not one of these.
Thanks!
Good recon, soldier. Keep us posted. There is bound to be some movement sooner or later.
Me, too.
True... My comment was “politics aside”... From a political prospective I couldn’t agree with you more... This letter makes every one of the senators that signed it look pretty bad... but the beauty of this auction is Rush has so effectively defended the “phony soldier” comment attributed to him AND he is giving all the proceeds to the Marine Corps - Law Enforcement Foundation (not too be confused with the phony soldiers)...
Diabolical!!! I love we have all the great brains on our team!! Go Rush!!!
I'm sure the democRATs/socialists/liberals would gladly match it...
I crack myself up.

Wonder how long tell this shows up on Drudge?
