This is what happens to a place that glorifies queer culture and caters to illegal aliens....the normal families get fed up and leave.
Not good.
I grew up in PA, and all of my relatives live there. Ten years ago, my husband and I had to move to NJ because we couldn't afford property in PA. Even with the higher property taxes, NJ was cheaper overall.
Today, in PA, where my family lives, home values have skyrocketed, and the property taxes have shot up with them. If you live in a rural area far from employment, property taxes and home values may be lower. But, otherwise, PA is very expensive compared to NJ. My guess is most New Jerseyans moving to PA are not moving to save money because property taxes there are increasing now, too.
May we be in the exodus soon -
I HATE NEW JERSEY!
Compared to New Jersey it’s a bargin to live in Pa..
Wow. I have a very nice house on almost 4 acres in Chester County and I pay 8k in taxes.
Ha - I live there now and I know just what you mean. I couldn’t believe who voted for Rendell.
All they have to do is raise taxes to make up for the declining population.
Time will take care of that :)
Charlie: Easy, sport. Got myself out of Beirut once, I think I can get out of New Jersey.
Mitch Henessey: Yeah, well don’t be so sure. Others have tried and failed. The entire population, in fact.

Perhaps you should think about moving. There aren’t a lot of homes with acreage anymore (at least not on the market), although there’s plenty of raw land to build on if you want more land.
