Republican Presidential Candidate Debate #8 – Dearborn, Michigan 10/09/07 - Official Discussion Thread
CNBC/MSNBC/The Wall Street Journal are jointly sponsoring the first Republican Presidential debate of the 2008 campaign focusing on economic issues. It will be held on October 9 in Dearborn, Michigan at the University of Michigan-Dearborn at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. Broadcast is live on CNBC at 4 PM ET (1 PM PT) and re-broadcast on MSNBC at 9 PM ET (6 PM PT). CNBC's Maria Bartiromo and MSNBC's Chris Matthews will host the debate.

You know.... just watching Romney... and realizing that I don’t know him personally... just judging based on what I see, hear, and making my own evaluation and judgement. This guys comes off like a used car salesman. Talks fast. Wants you to believe that he has every answer in the world. I can see him saying “this is the best car ever made, it will get 42 miles per gallon out of this 300 hp v8... and if you turn it over, the top won’t even dent”

Tancredo got in after Hunter.
Tom does not have the National Security background that
Hunter has and hitches on Hunter’s work on the border and illegals.
Hunter does the heavy lifting and Tancredo is, me to.

I actually visited ‘stormfront’,.. a white nationalism site. The people there aren’t alway entirely irrational, but there’s certain things that just make them off-base. They delude themselves in many ways.
I think most freepers are good honest people. Although I wouldn’t be surprised there are SOME racists among us.
