The BEST muffuletta I had was from the “old” original Library on Chimes St in Baton Rouge when Joe ran it back in the 70's - a grilled/heated muff. Now I like the muff from Napoleon House in New Orleans - also heated.
The best reuben was from “The Half Shell” in Memphis.
The best local sandwich shop - beats Subway and Blimpies - Sensuous Sandwich in Provo, Utah, and my fav is “The Spicy Enticer” - an italian meats sub.
My favorite cheeseburger is at Mel’s Country Cafe in Tomball, TX
The best BBQ sandwich - might be Neta's drive in in Minden Louisiana - but MacKenzies in Conroe TX is mighty good too.

Quesadillas are really good with luau pig and pepper jack and jalapenos.....I can make four in under five minutes. Trouble is my son can eat four in under three.
