Physical therapists have used ice on me successfully even though I whine about it.

It's interesting how your ice treatment virtually "told" you it was finished working.

I'm practicing envisioning myself better.

That will really help you.  It really will.  Stay positive, around positive people/vibrations etc.  Stay away from any and all negativity.  It sounds "loony", but it really does work/help.  Have you ever felt really good (maybe on vacation or something) and started talking/thinking about something negative (so-and-so said such-and-such about you) -- did you feel that black cloud come over you and change your mood?

The ice helped with the inflammation, it made it so cold (like frozen/I couldn't feel anything -- but I could do the exercises that they gave to me (because my arm was frozen and I couldn't feel the pain [when I had tendinitis])

I hope that your treatments go well for you.
