That will really help you. It really will. Stay positive, around positive people/vibrations etc. Stay away from any and all negativity. It sounds "loony", but it really does work/help. Have you ever felt really good (maybe on vacation or something) and started talking/thinking about something negative (so-and-so said such-and-such about you) -- did you feel that black cloud come over you and change your mood?
The ice helped with the inflammation, it made it so cold (like frozen/I couldn't feel anything -- but I could do the exercises that they gave to me (because my arm was frozen and I couldn't feel the pain [when I had tendinitis])
