It's funny how the Minutemen were vigilantes yet these folks are not.

I do not drink, nor do I live in this jurisdiction. But if I weave a bit after some butthead runs up on my rear bumper with their high beams on (to read my license plate), it just might be because I am pulling out my .45 .

I might be going 5 mph under the limit because my windshield is dirty, or it is a full moon and the deer are out with a vengeance.

If they want to spot drunks hang out behind the bar.

BTW, I can't think of many things more dangerous than a drunk driver, but a distracted (black and white fever) drunk driver is one of them.
