Hate to say it...but after that post...even tho you’ve been here longer....I can not believe you are a Freeper. Your posts sound like someone who needs the government to think for them.
Sign up for a ride along with your local PD. You'll be surprised at what you observe. I spent 4 hours and learned a bunch about the real world. I'm not interested in doing that job. My world is designing and building embedded systems, data acquisition, DSP and data communications. It's only dangerous when I have to travel to unfriendly foreign countries to deliver the products. I don't need the government to think for me. It's the other way around...and they pay for it.
