So we are reliving history where the Sunday shows are all Clinton and the spokesman for the Republicans is Trent Lott.

From this week's guest line up, it appears that no Pubbies are running for the High Office.

This Week gets to question Newt about his 'I probably won't run' stance.

I predicted long ago that Newt would not run....

His job is to be the answer to the “blue dog” dem tircks the Dems pulled in the last election...

he will gain the trust of all the American’s fed up with Business as usual in DC, and the trust of folks split on the so called “big” issues that the media distorts for us- and they hope this will translate into his “supporters” throwing their votes behind who he ultimately endorses.

The GOP will NOT allow that to be Duncan Hunter- he doesn’t drink the DC kool-aid has an actual record of being conservative....

Newt probably considers himself a kingmaker now that he has “bowed out.”
