Anoreth has taken to wearing headphones around the house during the day, claiming she can’t do schoolwork without it because her brothers are so noisy. (There’s something to that, actually ... I know I can’t do any meaningful reading, writing, or ‘rithmetic unless the 5-3-1 are in bed.) We don’t have iPods, so she has to carry her portable CD player around :-).

I’m on the verge of asking my husband to veto the concept, though, just because it’s so rude.

I'd veto it on physiological bases, alone: there's too great a tendency to "crank it up" beyond harmless levels.

I have my one Yahoo! LAUNCHcast set up for just Christian music, but I can't get into any of the "Christian metal" stuff; Skillet & whatever all else. If I can't worship to it, or praise to it, I just can't get into it, anymore.

I've become a REAL fan of Fernando Ortega, though. If you get a chance, check out his "Storm" CD, or his "Hymns of Worship" CD.
