I'd veto it on physiological bases, alone: there's too great a tendency to "crank it up" beyond harmless levels.

I have my one Yahoo! LAUNCHcast set up for just Christian music, but I can't get into any of the "Christian metal" stuff; Skillet & whatever all else. If I can't worship to it, or praise to it, I just can't get into it, anymore.

I've become a REAL fan of Fernando Ortega, though. If you get a chance, check out his "Storm" CD, or his "Hymns of Worship" CD.

My rule on headphones is that if I can hear it, it’s too loud. Hearing damage was showing up back when I was in junior high school, and I take it seriously.
