Not at all...and it's obvious that you've come to believe the stereotype that New Orleans IS Louisiana. IMHO, Louisiana can be divided into three general areas...New Orleans is an old port city founded and made famous by corrupt scoundrels, pirates and cutthroats. It remains that today, overlayed by the urban blight endemic to all American urban centers in the wake of Johnson's war on poverty.
The area generally north of I-10 can, as I've previously intimated, be regarded as southern Arkansas.
The coastal strip from the TX border, east to Thibodeaux and the outskirts of NO to Mississippi. The area tends to be populated by industrious, generally libertarian, "laissez les bon temps roulet" cajuns who work hard, play hard, and remain fairly tolerant of others if remaining somewhat insular themselves. Education in the area varies widely but race relations tend to be as healthy as anywhere else in the nation, and in some regards, probably healthier, though the race baiters try to make their inroads from time to time.

Aside from the race-baiting going on * it's a big part of the divide and conquer strategy of the left * in the US and around the world we see many "non-crimes" made into crimes while the REAL criminal acts are excused by some slight of hand with the "non-crime".

I'm willing to bet a shiny new nickel that the so called "Jena 6" will not be properly punished while new and improved laws are enacted to regulated speech and thoughts.

I have to disagree with you. Some of these beatings occur in total disregard for the life of the victim. The fact that the victim survived is sheer good fortune. If I fired a gun at you and missed completely, you wouldn’t have a scratch on you but I would still have attempted murder. Look at the link below. Do you think Al Sharpton and the huge crowds of protesters would have shown up if 6 white guys had performed the battery against the white male victim and been similarly charged? If not, then we aren't talking about justice. We are talking about a media circus to cover up a racially motivated attack. The right to be "outraged" is no excuse or justification for the savage assault. As pointed out, the incidents were completely unrelated. The DA had it right the first time.

The politically correct sultans in the United States have basically broadcasted that for some groups that do not like certain words and or certain symbols, it's perfectly OK for them to beat someone to death, beat them severely into the ground, shoot them, and or cause civil unrest.
This a all perfectly OK, and justifiable.
These sultans of correctness are the same ones that now want to put the words, "illegal alien" on the banned, or list of the damned. lol
Fine hospital they must have there in Jena to bring people back from the brink of death and back on the streets to a school function in three hours.
