One time, a Dr. Feldman, a New Jersey dentist, wrote a complaint to Johnny Carson about a dentist joke that Carson had used in his monologue. Carson then did a bit, sitting at a deck, about the good Doctor’s complaint. At the end of the riff, a panel of lights went on behind Carson that said, “Lighten up, Dr. Feldman.”
That’s precisely the treatment that Warman obviously deserves.
