Almost from the very beginning of General Petrais's speech. Chairman Skeleton was saying some choice words not knowing it could be heard.
Could you tell what he was saying. It seemed to me that Skelton was unsure of his right and his left (when the mike wasn't working) so I am not too impressed with him.
